Air Travel
The FAA allows all Open-Aire Portable Oxygen Concentrators onboard all commercial airlines. This includes the EverGo, the XPO2 and the Solo 2. Make sure you get a signed statement from your physician and inform your airline ahead of time that you'll be traveling with a Portable Oxygen Concentrator*, and confirm with them how many extra batteries you may need. After that, securely place the unit under the seat in front of you, fasten your seat belt, make sure your seat and tray are in their full and upright position and prepare for take-off.
Traveling by Car or RV
Hitting the road is a breeze with a portable oxygen concentrator. Just plug the mobile power charger into the cigarette lighter or the DC power supply outlet, position your Portable Oxygen Concentrator securely inside your car in an open space, and obey all the traffic signals.
Traveling by Cruise
Using a portable oxygen concentrator on a cruise ship is just as easy as using at home. While in your cabin plug the portable oxygen concentrator into an AC electrical outlet as you would at home, and use the battery power for ship activities outside your cabin.
Traveling by Train
Whether taking Amtrak or a commuter rail, traveling with your portable oxygen concentrator is easy. Carry it on board, plug it into the train's electric supply, and bring a few extra batteries if you expect a long ride.
