• In all cases, a prescription is required by federal guidelines to rent any oxygen unit. Please fax your prescription to 1-866-875-4246 or email to rentals@open-aire.com. If you do not have a copy of your prescription, please tell your rental representative. We can help you obtain your prescription from your doctor’s office.
